Primal Workout:

  • A comprehensive lifestyle questionnaire to help you identify your appropriate exercise level and lifestyle factors to change to achieve optimum health
  • An Initial fitness assessment and flexibility session
  • A 12-week balanced training program

Cost of 12 week program:

1 session per week $240 ($20 per session)
2 sessions per week $420 ($17.50 per session)
3 sessions per week $540 ($15 per session)
   

 

 

Terms and conditions:

  • You must be a member of Natural High Health & Fitness to take part in the Primal Workout Program. The annual membership fee is $80 and this includes a complementary Lifestyle Consultation (valued at $100). Please email alex@personaltraining.net.au to arrange your initial Lifestyle Consutlation.
  • All new clients must bring along a signed medical profile form (set out below). If you have answered yes to any of the questions on the medical profile form, are male and over the age of 45 or female and over the age of 55, you should also bring a signed letter from your health care practitioner clearing you for aerobic and resistance training
  • The first session of the program is a fitness assessment. Please make sure that you arrive on time and are wearing clothes that you feel comfortable training in and trainers
  • You should always bring a towel and a bottle of water to sessions. Please make sure you are properly hydrated and it is best not to have eaten within two hours of your sessions
  • If you are unable to attend your preferred session time then you will be able to join an alternate session time during the same week but you will need to book this session in to ensure that there is availability
  • Natural High reserves the right to change or cancel courses if necessary. In the event of a class or a course being cancelled or altered every effort will be made to avoid inconvenience by offering alternative dates
  • Method of payment for courses is by cheque or bank transfers only
  • Natural High's programs come with a 100% money back guarantee - if you are not satisfied with the training then please ask for your money back
