Alex Shirley

Alex is the founder of Natural High and he continues to act as a personal trainer and lifestyle coach. Alex originally trained and worked as a solicitor but left the world of corporate law to pursue his interest in health and fitness. With this background, he is very aware of the pressures involved in maintaining a balanced lifestyle. He uses his prior experience to provide clients with a highly professional service.

Alex has trained under the Corrective Holistic Exercise Kinesiology (C.H.E.K.) Institute, which is recognised as a world leader in functional and rehabilitative exercise conditioning

Alex is registered as a personal trainer with Fitness Australia and has qualifications in lifestyle coaching, corrective exercise, swiss ball training, core conditioning, back training, pilates, older adults training, Remote Area First Aid, teaching and remedial massage. Alex is passionate about trekking and has trekked throughout the Himalayas, Europe, Australia, and New Zealand

 

Michelle Drielsma


Michelle is a personal trainer, lifestyle coach and group exercise instructor at Natural High. Michelle’s passion for health, fitness, nutrition and study, as well as an innate urge to help others has led her towards a career where wellness is achieved through movement, nutrition and lifestyle. Michelle has an extensive background in dance, gymnastics, functional strength training, yoga, pilates and mixed martial arts

Michelle holds a degree in Exercise & Sports Science and has worked on various sports performance and clinical projects including performance testing at the New South Wales Institute of Sport

Michelle has also trained under the CHEK Institute and currently writes for UltraFIT Magazine and Fitness First Magazine. As Michelle is an accredited Exercise Physiologist, medicare and private health rebates are available for her individual and group coaching

 

Daniel Mullan

Dan is a personal trainer and group exercise instructor at Natural High. Dan has extensive experience working as a basketball and rugby coach and is a certified Master Trainer. Dan has qualifications in gym instruction, personal training, children's training and older adults training. Dan also has a Senior First Aid certification and is registered with Fitness Australia

Dan has a passion for outdoor training and uses functional, high performance training techniques to help people achieve their health and fitness goals

In his spare time, Dan enjoys rock Climbing, bodysurfing and cooking
